Laboratory Testing

Testing With a Purpose

Laboratory testing can provide valuable information — but more testing isn't necessarily better testing.

At Regenerative Medicine of Raynham, laboratory testing is selected based on the individual patient, their history, symptoms and the clinical questions we're trying to answer.

We don't begin with a panel of tests. We begin by determining what information may actually be useful.

Serving Raynham, MA and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Laboratory testing at Regenerative Medicine of Raynham is used to gather objective information when the evaluation suggests that metabolic, nutritional or inflammatory factors may be relevant to your case. Panels are selected individually rather than sold as a standard package, and results are reviewed with you and, where appropriate, shared with your other providers.

Why We Use Laboratory Testing

Sometimes symptoms or difficulty recovering may involve factors that aren't apparent from a musculoskeletal examination alone. When appropriate, laboratory testing may help us evaluate areas such as:

  • Metabolic Health
  • Blood-Sugar Regulation
  • Nutritional Status
  • Inflammatory Markers
  • Thyroid & Hormonal Factors
  • Cardiovascular Risk Markers
  • Immune & Gastrointestinal Factors

The specific tests recommended depend on the individual patient.

More Than Getting the Numbers

The value of laboratory testing isn't simply obtaining a report.

Results are reviewed in the context of your history, symptoms, examination findings and health goals to determine whether they provide useful information for your overall plan.

When findings require medical evaluation or management outside our scope, we may recommend coordination with your primary-care physician or another appropriate healthcare provider.

How we evaluate patients

Do You Need Laboratory Testing?

Not everyone does.

Laboratory testing is recommended when we believe the information may meaningfully contribute to understanding your health or guiding recommendations.

We don't test simply because we can. We test when there's a reason.
