Review the Published Evidence for Yourself
We believe patients should be able to read the research behind the care they are considering. This section collects our patient-facing summaries of the published clinical evidence — including the strengths, the limitations, and the questions that remain unanswered.
Each review below summarizes the published human research on a specific topic — randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, safety findings and regulatory context — with direct links to the original sources so you can verify every claim yourself.
These reviews are educational. They are not proof that any specific product or intervention is safe or effective for you, and they do not replace an individualized evaluation or informed consent.
Current evidence reviews
New reviews are added as additional research is published. Each review keeps a permanent web address, so anything you have saved or printed will continue to work.
