I have been dealing with chronic neck & back pain (due to numerous disc issues & a few other things) for over 10 years. Over these years, almost all doctors I had seen told me I generally had 5 options: 1. Do nothing (deal with the pain) 2. Use painkillers 3. Physical therapy 4. Injections (cortisone) 5.
