Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT): Boost Your Health and Vitality

Do you know that breathing in higher levels of oxygen can significantly improve the health of your blood, cells, and micro vessels? Hyperbaric therapy chambers have long been used to support recovery from injuries, non-healing wounds, and infections. However, there's a more accessible form of oxygen therapy called Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) that can restore your natural health to a youthful state.

Frequently Asked Question

What Is Oxygen Therapy?

Exercise with oxygen therapy involves breathing in higher concentrations of oxygen during exercise. Traditionally, low-flow face masks or nasal cannulas connected to oxygen generators were used for EWOT. However, advancements in technology have led to the development of more efficient methods.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy vs. EWOT: How Do They Compare?

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy requires a prescription and involves lying in a chamber. While it has its benefits for specific medical conditions, EWOT offers faster results for oxygenating blood and improving overall health. EWOT works by increasing your heart rate during exercise, allowing you to generate more carbon dioxide and forcing more oxygen to your oxygen-deprived tissues. This natural process of oxygen utilization is efficient and effective for the everyday person seeking to improve their blood oxygenation levels.

The LiveO2 Protocol:

During the LiveO2 Oxygen Therapy session, the patient breathes in high concentration oxygen through a mask while using various forms of exercises which could be from standing on a vibration platform to an exercise bike. Once the patient reaches high oxygen levels at their target heart rate, low oxygen can be administered for 30-60 seconds to stimulate vasodilation. When the high oxygen is reintroduced, a greater amount of oxygen is delivered to the tissues due to the combination of vasodilation, high concentration oxygen, and increased heart rate.

Effects of LiveO2 Therapy:

Patients often report feeling increased mental clarity and energy after LiveO2 treatments. However, it’s important to note that some individuals may experience “detox” or “die-off” symptoms. For chronic disease patients, a slight fever after treatment may occur. This fever is believed to be a result of the immune system reacting to latent infections that become visible to immune cells due to the enhanced circulatory effects of LiveO2 therapy.

Benefits of Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT):
Exercise with oxygen therapy provides a wide range of benefits that stem from three major factors: improved oxygen circulation, restored blood flow, and increased ATP production.

  • Enhances energy levels.
  • Improves cardiovascular health.
  • Supports lung function and respiratory system.
  • Enhances physical performance and post-workout recovery.
  • Improves vision and mental capacity/memory.
  • Reduces inflammation.
  • Assists in weight loss.
  • Promotes detoxification.

Patient Testimonial

I was a bit skeptical about this procedure, but after receiving the A2M injection I have noticed significant improvement in the range of motion and pain in my neck. I'm 61 years old and over the years I've received multiple injuries to my neck, back, and body in general. I of course have tried everything from acupuncture, message, physical therapy and various pain medications all to really no avail.

I have been dealing with chronic neck & back pain (due to numerous disc issues & a few other things) for over 10 years. Over these years, almost all doctors I had seen told me I generally had 5 options: 1. Do nothing (deal with the pain) 2. Use painkillers 3. Physical therapy 4. Injections (cortisone) 5. Get surgery I don't even remember how many times I tried the first 4 options?! I held...

I was having knee pain and locking didn't want to have surgery or steroid injections saw the post about stem cells, went to seminar and decided to try it. I had injection in February and had relief right away, have no pain issues since. It was one of the best decisions I've made and it was all natural no chemicals that can do more harm. Would definitely recommend this. I am looking into doing it.
